WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All of our products are custom made to order, so we unfortunately don’t offer any returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect with your order. Before ordering, please be sure to read the full product description and if applicable, the product size charts. In the event there’s a defect with your order, please send us an email with your original receipt, photos of the defective product(s), and/or your return request. Upon return approval, please send the items back in new/unused condition. Returned items must not have been worn or washed and still have original tags included. Shipping expenses are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back in your bank account or credit card.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Please send an email to info@electricbare.com with your refund request. As noted above, please let us know why you are requesting this refund and for what items. Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed. It will take 5-10 business days for the order amount to return to your bank account or credit card.

I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER. HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

As soon as you realize you’ve made a mistake with your order, email info@electricbare.com and let us know of the issue. If it has already been 24 hours since your order was made, however, there may be a chance that your order has already been processed and shipped. Please double check your details before purchasing and read over the email you receive once your order is being processed. All of our products are custom made to order, so we unfortunately don’t offer any returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect with your order. Before ordering, please be sure to read the full product description and if applicable, the product size charts.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after they are placed, otherwise they have already been process, manufactured, and possibly even shipped. If you do need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please email info@electricbare.com with your name and order number and we can go ahead and try to cancel your order. Please provide a reason if you can. If we can successfully cancel the order, we will process a refund, which usually takes 5-10 business days to get back into your bank account.

CAN YOU OVERNIGHT MY ORDER?

No, we currently do not offer overnight shipping.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we provide international shipping.

CAN I SPLIT MY ORDER AND HAVE IT SENT TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Sorry, you cannot. You need to pay for shipping for each address that you send a purchased item to.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (prints, etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination.

Almost all orders are shipped within 5 business days. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

I use the United States Postal Service to ship almost all orders.

Domestic shipping:

First Class: 3-5 business days (includes processing time)

  • First Class Mail is automatically applied to shipments under 1lb.

Priority Mail: 2-4 business days (includes processing time)

  • Priority Mail is automatically applied to shipments over 1lb.

Letter Mail: 5 days locally, up to 2 weeks nationally.

  • Letter Mail is only applicable to small orders of stickers, postcards, or patches

Express: 2-3 business days (includes processing time)

International shipping: 6-10 business days for many major markets (8-13 days with processing time). Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.

As mentioned above, please allow more processing time for items on backorder.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) you are purchasing, and calculated using national rates according to the weight and dimensions of your order. Most products ship from Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. You can calculate shipping costs estimates from your cart by entering your shipping address/zip code.

WHY WAS MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR ADDITIONAL FEES?

USPS makes the recipient responsible for custom duties and taxes.

According to the USPS website:
“Post Office facilities must collect a Postal Service fee from the addressee for each item on which customs duty or Internal Revenue tax is collected. The Postal Service fee is authorized by international postal agreements to reimburse the Postal Service for costs it incurs clearing items through customs and collecting customs duties at the time of delivery.”

Some countries also charge a flat handling fee, e.g. the Royal Mail charges an approx. £8 handling fee for every imported package.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including the USPS tracking number at the email address you provided at checkout.

Some small item orders such as single stickers, postcards, and patches are shipped domestically via USPS Letter mail, and will therefore not have tracking associated.

If you think you have not received a shipping update email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, it’s possible that an incorrect email address was provided at checkout. In this case, please email info@electricbare.com.

WHAT INK AND PAPER ARE USED FOR THE ART PRINTS?

The art prints are Museum-quality posters made on thick and durable matte paper. Each is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room.

  • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil
  • Paper weight: 5.6 oz/y² (192 g/m²)
  • Giclée printing quality
  • Opacity: 94%
  • ISO brightness: 104%
  • Blank product sourced from Japan

WHAT PRINTING METHOD DO YOU USE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?

We use DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, and apparel products are made to order unless otherwise specified. This means they are not digitally printed or produced until a customer purchases it. Please keep in mind that every print-on-demand product may vary. Some of the benefits of DTG printing are:

  • Eco-Friendly Water-Based Inks
  • Softer feel
  • Greater detailed prints
  • One-off printing

WHY DOES THE COLOR OF THE PRINT LOOK DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I ORDERED?

Every item is uniquely made and different printing methods yield different results. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%. Direct-to-garment or other printing methods sometime change the colors slightly due to variables out of my control. Please let us know if you have any big issues with color accuracy and we’ll do our best to fix the issue.

DO YOU ACCEPT APPLE PAY?

Not at this time, sorry!

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

No, we currently do not accept PayPal.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

HOW DO YOU SHOP ONLINE?

When you’ve finished adding items to your shopping cart, click on the “Bag” Icon in the top right corner of the menu bar to view your cart. Click “Checkout” to check out and purchase your items.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification that your order is being processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email notification that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number if applicable.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You can create your own account with your email and a password on the checkout page. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters long.

I FORGOT MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

If you forgot your password, just click the “Lost your password?” link at login and we will send you an automated email with a link to create a new password.

PHISHING EMAILS

If you receive an email in which you are asked to give us card details or similar information, please be aware that this is not sent by us. We will only request account information in response to your queries via email, or when there are uncertainties about an order you have placed. We will never ask for bank details by email. Please do not respond to such requests.

If you ever receive an email in which you are asked to give specific personal data via a link, do not reply to the email, do not click on the link and delete it immediately.

WHAT IS A PHISHING EMAIL?

Phishing email messages are designed to steal your identity and/or infect your computer with a virus. They ask for personal data, often by asking you to click on a link and directing you to websites or phone numbers where they ask you to provide personal data. The link will often try to infect your computer with a virus. After that, personal details will be misused immediately through such programs as Java and Adobe Flash, for example.
